Why didn’t anyone tell me how good you feel when you eat right and exercise? Oh wait, they did. So started the drill over again yesterday. Ate healthy, did Couch to 5k, stretched, arm workout, abs, lunges, etc. Slept from midnight to 8:30!! Got up and did my C25k day 2, ate healthy stuffs, 1200 calories (I wanted it at 1500 but somehow got too busy to eat more, blasphemy! I think I’ll just aim for 1200 minimum - 1500 maximum [or more if I’m actually hungry somehow]), worked a few hours babysitting, and went to class until 10:30. Now I need to get to sleep as its 12:30 and I WILL be up at 8:30.

It’s so very nice to keep promises to myself. :)

Day 2 completed. Ate 1200 calories yesterday, ate 1200 today. Did Couch to 5k Day 1 today, and never even had to hold onto the bars of the treadmill. Woke up at 9:30 am, after waking up yesterday at 4:30 pm! If anyone needs to reset their sleep schedule, benadryl works, I just take two and I’m ready for sleep in the next 90 minutes. Ran errands, did laundry. I feel seriously productive. Change is good.

Operation running for my life is on again. I had another colonoscopy and I know what’s causing my issues now. I’m prepared this time. Goal for return to college at the beginning of January: 156 lb. Current weight: 171 lb. Running goal: Run a mile with out stopping.

Give me your worst life ‘cause this thing is on.

Not feeling good at all, been in bed past 2 days straight, gee thanks intestine disease.

I have to face it. Exercise makes me sick, boo. You would think it would be the opposite but every time I take up cardio exercise this happens. I need to be able to finish school this year, I can’t be missing classes and having hospital stays. So fitblr life to be continued next year I suppose. 

Hola tumblrites! A good weekend was had! Slept 14! hours Friday night. Got up at 1 pm (bad!) and made some juice. Do any of y’all use a juicer? Here’s the before, with carrots, apples, cucumbers, and a massive amount of kale.  

And after how much juice you get from all that.

It actually tastes pretty good, the kale is bitter so I add the apples to sweeten it up.

I then spent the rest of the day with a friend and babysat our other friend’s 3 month old little boy, he’s the cutest thing in the world and a really good baby, rarely cried. We went to a corn maze/ dairy farm/ bonfire thing. Cow’s anyone?

When it was almost dusk we attempted the maze with the baby sleeping in the stroller while it was dusk. (yes I know a bad idea, but it was an “adventure”). Eventually we got to areas that were too muddy and turned around. And we did have a map so it was sort of safe.

Spooky eh?

I spent the night at my friend’s so I counted walking around at the farm as my exercise.

Today I got up at 8 and went to church for the first time in a few months. It was okay, things seemed kind of awkward since I was tired and carting around a baby too. You tend to get a few funny looks when you look young and there’s no husband around, oh well.

I was very close to not working out and passing out tonight but I got off my ass and walked for an hour while watching The Walking Dead (not as good this season if you’re wondering). It was sooo much better since I walked with out the incline. I did not take a single break, compared to the 6 on Thursday!

I think tomorrow I will start the Couch to 5k program as just walking seems too easy. I did more arm weight lifting with the 3 lb weights. Some abs, lunges, leg lifts, but nothing extensive. I think I need to look up some workouts for that part. If anyone has some recommendations I’m open? 

My hunger has been a little all over the place, I haven’t been counting calories but I have been making MUCH better choices in regards to food choice. Went to the grocery store today and got more produce for juicing, some Amy’s frozen dinners and Healthy choice, some soups, cottage cheese with fruit sides (which by the way I LOVE now, I used to think it was so disgusting? weird), and other semi healthy things I’m forgetting.

Sorry for the novel, will try to limit the rambling next time. Hope all is well in your world! :) I’m off to shower and sleep.

-So tired, slept an hour this morning.

-Finished calling and emailing everyone for school stuff (yay).

-Hobbled to and from the car place with my blistery feet a few times. Paid mucho dinero for my car, but now it runs great and I can stop worrying about it.

-Went to the studio to work on ceramics stuff for class, got kicked out an hour later by security guard cause apparently my community college closes at 5 pm on Fridays, weird, it’s like they all have somewhere to be besides school. Spent double the time in commute home because of rush hour on Friday. Note to self, I need to learn how to pick up slugs.

-Came home to pot luck bible study my mom was hosting, had 600 calories left for day and had a plate of a bit of everything and (bad me) small slice of apple pie with small amount of ice cream. It was all delicious and I was starving to start with.

-I put my foot in my mouth talking to people I know too much about because of facebook.

-Was gonna walk on treadmill after people left but sleep is calling and my house is still full of people.

-Sleep now, hike tomorrow with friends.

Oh boy y’all, I am out of shape. I did my first workout tonight, started around 11:30 pm (my sleep is still kind of out of whack, but ‘tis better than before). I started with an arm work out with 3 pound weights, I just lifted them in all directions until I couldn’t take the burn, no more flabby arms for me (soon I hope)! Then I walked for an hour on my treadmill. I stayed around 3 mph, walked 3 miles total, burned around 300 calories and 100 fat calories, whatever those are. The thing is I thought it would be no big deal and I didn’t bother with shoes, however the thing was on the highest incline it can go and I was walking uphill the whole time. After about 20 minutes I had to take a break because of these nice babies. 

Yay for my first “injury,” that little white dot may not look like much but oh lord they killed for the last 40 minutes. That’s what I get for sitting on my butt for the past 6 months. After getting some socks and shoes on and getting water since holy hell that incline caused me to have a heart rate of probably 180 bpm and I was dripping sweat, I took a 3 minute or so break every 10 minutes. I even ran the last 30 seconds. Afterwards I stretched for awhile, should I be doing that before? 

I know it’s sad that I was so sweaty and heart racing with just walking when I used to be able to do day 1 of C25K no problem, but I’m glad I started now and not 6 months from now. 

I ate pretty well today and did more stuff financially and getting ready to go back to school. Except for I couldn’t do much college wise because of course every phone number in that area code gave me a message saying the phone company was having issues. Ah well, tomorrow is another day and I’m getting my car fixed up! No more freaking out when the emergency brake light turns on when I’m accelerating (oops!).

Sorry for my oversharing, but I think it might be fun to look back at where I started. 

Also, this Tumblr world, is Walter White Jr. my new beta fish. I may or may not have dropped him in the sink today while changing his water, sorry buddy. He’s no puppy, but I think he’ll do nicely for now.
